How to commission your own custom furniture

 

 

The process is simple, and a lot of fun:
  • Begin by browsing my website and collecting your ideas, rough sketches and measurements.
  • Contact me, we’ll discuss your project and needs.
  • I’ll draft a sketch and submit a bid for your approval.
  • Depending on your deadlines and my current schedule, we’ll set up a time line.
  • Once I receive your deposit, work begins on the project.
  • Balance is due prior to delivery (usually within 8-10 weeks).

My objective is to build beautiful, solidly constructed furniture that will survive day-to-day living, and eventually be handed down to your grandchildren. With that in mind, all Sandhill Designs Furniture carries a full guarantee of workmanship. I personally handle questions or concerns and take pride in your complete satisfaction.

To honor the integrity of the original turn-of-the-century pieces, all Sandhill Designs are crafted with time-honored woodworking techniques and quality materials proven to last generations.
